SCOTUS: Redistricting cases clarify, but questions remain about use of race in drawing political lines

The U.S. Supreme Court took up two important cases involving political district lines drawn by Virginia and North Carolina - two cases in which SLF participated by amicus briefs.  SLF's General Counsel Kim Hermann published an insightful analysis of the cases in today's SCOTUSBlog - a must-read for citizens, attorneys and scholars who understand the constitutional importance of the redistricting process.
